Can I use my own hotspot device with your SIM card?
You can try, but we cannot guarantee that it will work with our SIM card. Our hotspot and SIM card work together to give you the Globalgig service.
How long will my battery remain charged for?
Your battery should last about 4 hours, but the charge does depend very much on the number of devices you have connected at one time as well as the strength of the signal you are receiving.
Can I change my package
Yes, you can choose to take a higher or lower level of data per month and please visit our help centre for more information.
