About Globalgig

Our Leadership

Globalgig Leadership

Executive Team

The team leading Globalgig has built businesses from zero, managed exits, run global service organizations, and sat on the other side of the managed service relationship they now deliver. That experience shapes every commitment we make.

Bob Ewald

SVP Mobile Product and Business Development

Bob leads Globalgig’s strategic wireless product development, covering IoT connectivity, 5G networks, LEO, and MVNO operations. He came to Globalgig from senior roles at Federated Wireless, Kajeet, Nextel, and Nextel International, carrying deep experience in wireless data solutions across enterprise and industrial environments. Customers deploying wireless or satellite at scale are engaging directly with his domain expertise, whether they know it or not.

David Searcy

SVP Vendor Management

David manages Globalgig’s relationships with network carriers, equipment vendors, and platform partners across the full service portfolio. With senior positions at GTT, One Source Networks, EarthLink, Airband, Level 3, and Broadwing behind him, he brings the kind of carrier-side knowledge that translates directly into better commercial terms, faster fault resolution, and solutions that are designed around what actually performs rather than what is easiest to procure. When a carrier relationship needs leverage applied, David applies it.

Ethan Ralston

VP Enterprise Sales

Ethan leads enterprise sales at Globalgig, with a background spanning telecommunications, IoT connectivity, and electric vehicle technology, including senior commercial roles at Feeney Wireless, Inseego, and UBCO, where he served as CEO and CSO. He is a strategic leader who has been the founder, owner, and operator of multiple companies. His team works with enterprise customers on unified connectivity needs spanning wired, wireless, and IoT, starting with the customer’s environment rather than a product list and building the solution from there.

Jeremy McPherson

SVP Operations

Jeremy leads network and voice engineering operations, which means he is responsible for the infrastructure that keeps customer environments running. He brings telecommunications engineering, VoIP, and operations experience from GTT, One Source Networks, Level 3, and Broadwing. The performance metrics the organization delivers are a reflection of the operational standards he maintains.

Lori Constantine

VP Contract Management

Lori leads Legal and Compliance at Globalgig, focusing on customer contract revenue assurance, ensuring every commitment is clear, enforceable, and aligned to protect and realize revenue. She partners with sales, delivery, and finance to connect contract terms with execution and billing, reducing leakage and eliminating ambiguity across the contract-to-cash lifecycle.

With a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, Lori brings precision to complex contract and compliance matters. Her team drives disciplined frameworks that make obligations measurable and auditable, minimizing disputes while improving invoicing accuracy and financial predictability.

Mark Castle

CRO EMEA

Mark co-founded Globalgig and brings extensive mobile telecommunications experience, including senior roles at Sagem Orga and Giesecke and Devrient, working across the UK, Middle East, and India. His background in the SIM industry and deep commercial expertise in EMEA markets shaped many of Globalgig’s early strategic and technological decisions, including driving the development and launch of Globalgig’s eSIM strategy. He leads all commercial activity across EMEA, with an understanding of the region that comes from having operated in it, not just sold into it.

Meredith Johnson

SVP Service Delivery

Meredith leads service delivery across Globalgig’s customer base, overseeing provisioning and project management for the full portfolio. With extensive telecommunications experience and senior delivery roles at GTT, One Source Networks, Level 3, and Broadwing, she has managed the operational complexity of delivering large, multi-site, multi-country deployments on time and at pace. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. The 97% on-time delivery figure Globalgig claims is her team’s.

Michael McKinnon

SVP Solutions and Engineering

Michael has built his career around one mission: taking the complex to completed. Leading the Solutions and Engineering team at Globalgig, he works with customers globally to translate real-world network and security challenges into architectures designed for where the landscape is going, not where it has been. Working directly alongside customer network and security teams gives his team a ground-level understanding of what organizations actually face in production, not on paper. His public engagement and speaking align with Palo Alto Networks, reflecting the depth that the team brings across networking and security, and how that translates into solutions that perform in real-world environments.

Zach Frankhouser

SVP SASE Sales

Zach has spent his career at Globalgig, progressing from Account Executive to SVP of Network and Security Sales. This progression reflects what happens when someone understands the product well enough to sell it and the customer well enough to build a team to do it consistently. His team leads enterprise NetSec sales globally, and his writing on global WAN transformation, including the challenge of moving large organizations off MPLS and onto next-generation architectures without operational disruption, reflects the depth of understanding he brings to every engagement.
