AutoPay Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for the AutoPay (AP) option: By enrolling in, using, or paying for Globalgig services by AP, you agree to these terms and conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please notify Globalgig immediately at 844 883 5474.

 

  1. AP Enrollment
    1. I understand that AP enrollment methods are available at www.orchestra.globalgig.com, or by verbal agreement with electronic signature (where applicable).
    2. If I enrolled in AP online or by phone with an electronic signature, I authorize Globalgig to treat my electronic signature as evidence of my consent to initiate electronic payment transactions from my designated bank, debit card, or credit card account. My consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic bank, credit card, or debit card payments. My authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract.
    3. I understand that AP enrollment applies to the bank, debit card, or credit card account that I designate.
    4. Each month, I authorize Globalgig to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount due on my bill. The AP charge or debit will be made 3 days after the delivery date of my electronic bill.
    5. To cancel AP, log into Globalgig Orchestra Portal or call 844 883 5474.

 

  1. Paper Free Billing
    1. I understand that my billing is Paper Free Billing.
    2. I understand that I must register on orchestra.globalgig.com to view and print my bill if required.
    3. I agree to promptly update my e-mail address and phone number by contacting [email protected] if it changes.

 

  1. Update Bank/Card Information
    1. I understand that if there is a change to my bank or card account information, including the expiration date, I must sign in to my account at orchestra.globalgig.com or call 844 883 5474 to update the AP enrollment information.
    2. I understand that Globalgig may receive updated card information from the financial institution issuing the card.

 

  1. Billing Errors
    1. I understand and agree that Globalgig is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges.
    2. If a billing error occurs, Globalgig is responsible for correcting it if and when, I notify Globalgig of the error within 30 days of receiving my bill.

 

  1. Returned Payments
    1. I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then Globalgig has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my account from the AP option.
    2. I understand my participation in AP is subject to Globalgig’s approval.
    3. Globalgig and participating financial institutions reserve the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.

 

  1. Fees
    1. I understand that Globalgig does impose a processing fee for payments that exceed $9999/£9999/€9999.
    2. I understand that I should verify with my financial institution to determine if additional charges apply.

 

  1. Changes and Updates
    1. From time to time, Globalgig may revise these Terms and Conditions. Globalgig will provide notice of such revisions by email notification. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the Globalgig website at emglobalgig.wpengine.com/terms. If you do not agree to Globalgig’s revision(s), you must terminate your AP enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use AutoPay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
